I started Weigh-Me on 15th April 2023 and managed to lose 10 kg. Weigh-Me is a good group and I enjoyed weighing in with the group leader and listening to motivational talks every Saturday in a supportive environment. Weigh-Me leader is always there for you to meet with you, a phone call or a what's app. Our group leader is kind, helpful and encouraging but most of all she understands the weight loss journey we all go through and can help you get to your goal weight.
