Daily kilojoule intake depends on factors like age, gender, activity leveland overall health. We recommend a kilojoule deficit to lose weight.

You should limit processed foods, sugary beverages and high kilojoule snacks.

Approximately 8 cups of water per day but individual needs vary based on factors like age, activity level and climate.

A combination of both cardio and strength training is often most effective for weight loss.      cardio helps burn kilojoules, whilst strength training buils muscle which can boost metabolism.
